Store Manager - INA KESS at Takashimaya Singapore
Location: Takashimaya, Ngee Ann City, Singapore
Employment: Full-time
INA KESS is a Swiss luxury womenswear brand combining precision tailoring, exceptional comfort and innovative performance fabrics. We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead our approximately 30 m² corner at Takashimaya, Ngee Ann City, and a three-person team: one full-time and one 40-60% part-time team member.
Your responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering highly personalized styling and exceptional service
- Take ownership of store targets, KPIs and daily performance, and initiate actions to drive sales
- Lead, schedule, coach and motivate the small team, creating clear standards and strong accountability
- Build a loyal local client base through appointments, thoughtful follow-ups, WhatsApp and other clienteling tools
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising, product presentation and consistent execution of the INA KESS brand
- Manage daily operations, stock, reporting and coordination with Takashimaya and the INA KESS head office
Your profile
- At least four years of luxury or premium fashion retail experience, including team leadership responsibility
- A strong personal sales record and the ability to turn customer relationships into long-term loyalty
- Commercially driven, proactive and confident in approaching customers and developing new business
- A hands-on, organized leader who enjoys working closely with a small team and taking full ownership
- Excellent styling, communication and relationship-building skills, with an impeccable personal presentation
- Fluent English; Mandarin or another language relevant to Singapore's international clientele is an advantage
- Available for retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and eligible to work in Singapore
