✨ What we’re looking for
- 4–6+ years of experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI and/or CO and core Finance processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA .
- Exposure to SAP Public Cloud or transformation projects is a strong plus.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Fluent Polish and English .
- Based in Warsaw and comfortable with a hybrid work model.
💼 What you’ll do
- Take ownership of SAP Finance processes within a SAP Public Cloud transformation . 💡
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Design and optimize end-to-end Finance processes.
- Work across key SAP FI/CO areas, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Controlling. 🌐
- Lead or participate in workshops, fit-to-standard sessions and solution design.
- Configure SAP solutions.
- Work closely with Finance stakeholders and other SAP functional teams.
- Support testing, data migration, cutover and go-live activities.
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, especially SD and MM .
- Identify opportunities for process simplification and standardization.
- Work on a real SAP Public Cloud transformation and build in-demand cloud expertise.
- Gain end-to-end project experience , from design to go-live.
- Work directly with business stakeholders and experienced SAP experts.
- Develop your consulting, workshop and stakeholder-management skills .
