Position Responsibilities

- Test and implement software applications to deliver reliable technology solutions that support business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Protect company devices and systems through patch management and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
- Identify and document technology and process improvements to enhance system performance and ensure efficient operations.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support, systems administration or end-user computing environments.
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments using endpoint management, virtualization and core networking technologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
