About this role
As a final year student, you will undertake this internship alongside your academic commitments, with the expectation that you will dedicate 24-32 hours per week to WTW. You’ll work closely with experienced brokers and sales professionals, learning how to engage clients, prepare proposals, and support end-to-end broking activities. In addition to on-the-job training, you’ll participate in a curated program of technical and soft-skills workshops designed to accelerate your professional development.
