Lead Specialist - Integration
Job Scope
The Lead Specialist - Integration is responsible for designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions across middleware, APIs, and event-driven architectures. The role ensures seamless connectivity between systems, applications, and AI services, enabling scalable and secure digital and AI transformation initiatives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise integration solutions using middleware, APIs, and event-driven architectures;
- Develop and manage APIs, microservices, and integration services across hybrid environments;
- Architect and enable real-time integrations using messaging systems and event streaming
- Implement API-led connectivity frameworks and ensure secure, governed API exposure;
- Support AI-driven integrations, including data pipelines, real-time inference, and orchestration of AI services;
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and observability across integration layers;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration architecture with business and transformation objectives;
- Maintain integration standards, documentation, and reusable patterns;
- Provide pre-sales support, including solution design, effort estimation, and delivery of technical proposals and RFP responses;
- Support post-sales delivery, ensuring successful implementation, optimization, and client alignment.
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in IBM WebMethods / integration technologies.
- Candidate will manage a dual role involving both Pre-Sales and Implementation coordination.
- Strong Pre-Sales experience is mandatory, including customer engagement, solution presentation, requirement gathering, solution design, demos, and proposal discussions.
- Should also have exposure to implementation coordination, delivery management, and working closely with technical teams during project execution.
