Role:   Senior Associate, Center of Excellence – Technology Adoption (L4)

Location:  Hyderabad, India

Position Summary

Let’s   do this.   Let’s   change the world.   The   Senior Associate, Technology Adoption   supports the   planning,   successful deployment ,   adoption   and measurement of Global   Procurement   technology adoption   initiatives .   This role   helps   sta keholders   adopt digital capabilities across procurement   p rocesses   by coordinating   readiness   activities,   developing enablement   resources, tracking adoption metrics, and partnering with business   and technology   teams to improve user experience   and value realization .

This role plays a key part in ensuring employees have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to successfully adopt new digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Adoption Support

- Support   execution of   adoption plans,   readiness   and implementation   activities   for Global Procurement digital initiatives.

- Coordinate launch preparation for new capabilities, including stakeholder readiness, communications, training   logistics , and support materials.

- Contribute to change management activities that help procurement users understand, adopt, and sustain new ways of working.

Training & Enablement

- Develop training materials, job aids, FAQs, knowledge articles, and quick-reference guides tailored to procurement users and process needs.

- Support end-user training sessions, office hours, and adoption forums in partnership with business and technology stakeholders.

- Maintain learning content and adoption documentation so users have   accurate , current, and easy-to-use resources.

- Monitor training completion, learner feedback, and effectiveness indicators to   identify   opportunities for improvement.

Communications

- Prepare clear launch, readiness, and adoption communications for procurement technology initiatives.

- Support stakeholder engagement and change communication activities to reinforce key messages and expected ways of working.

- Coordinate adoption campaigns and awareness activities that encourage consistent tool usage.

- Maintain adoption resources on SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.

User Support

- Collect user feedback,   identify   adoption barriers, and summarize recurring themes for action.

- Coordinate issue resolution and user support follow-ups with technology, process, and business teams.

- Monitor support trends and recommend practical improvements to adoption, usability, and stakeholder experience.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track adoption indicators such as usage rates, training completion, stakeholder readiness, user feedback, support trends, and adoption barriers.

- Develop reports   and status updates that communicate adoption progress, risks, and opportunities.

- Analy z e   adoption data and stakeholder insights to recommend targeted actions that improve engagement and sustained usage.

- Support value realization reporting by connecting adoption outcomes to process improvements and user experience benefits.

Project Coordination

- Support project planning, implementation tracking, and workstream coordination for technology adoption initiatives.

- Coordinate meetings, action items, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across business and technology teams.

- Maintain project documentation, decision logs, stakeholder trackers, and adoption-related materials.

Required Skills and Capabilities

- Supports technology adoption and change management activities that enable successful implementation, stakeholder readiness, and sustained usage.

- Develops training, learning resources, and   enablement   materials that improve user   proficiency   and   adoption of   digital procurement solutions.

- Collaborates effectively with business and technology stakeholders to understand needs, address challenges, and support adoption outcomes.

- Applies data analysis and reporting skills to   monitor   usage, readiness, training effectiveness, support trends, and value realization indicators.

- Uses   project coordination skills to manage workstream activities, timelines, action items, documentation, and stakeholder follow-ups.

- Demonstrates   proficiency   in Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, analytics tools, and digital ways of working.

- Applies continuous improvement principles to enhance user experience, increase adoption, and simplify procurement processes.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with procurement technology platforms or Source-to-Pay processes, including supplier enablement,   purchasing , contracting, or analytics use cases.

- Exposure to   tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, learning platforms, or digital adoption platforms.

- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, automation, process improvement, or enterprise digital transformation programs.

- Basic understanding of change management, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and   adoption   measurement methods.

- Communicates clearly with diverse audiences through written, verbal, and presentation-based interactions.

- Builds   effective working relationships with cross-functional and global teams to support shared objectives.

- Applies analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to   identify   issues, evaluate options, and recommend practical solutions.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business , Technology, Engineering, Analytics, Communications, or related field.

- 4 – 6   years of experience in Project Management, Change Management, Technology Enablement, Business Analysis, Training, or Consulting.

- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency   with Microsoft 365 applications.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.

- Knowledge of Procurement or Source-to-Pay processes.

- Experience working with Power BI, SharePoint, Forms, Power   Automate or   learning platforms.

- Exposure to AI, automation, or enterprise technology programs.
