External Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Internal Consolidated Files (Int Con)
- Update Internal Consolidated files (DPL & MPL) with new SKU introductions and fortnightly revisions.
- Verify SKU introduction sheets, margin statements, system rates, and MRPs before updates.
- Highlight discrepancies in product details, pricing, or descriptions to the Brand team.
- Compute SKU-wise DPL and MRP prices during price revisions.
Pricing Activities
- Derive SKU-level prices post COO approval and validate margins.
- Perform pricing checks and ensure accurate updates in SAP, Int Con, and Margin files.
- Update DPL, MRP, and ZGST across relevant channels.
- Prepare, validate, and dispatch dealer price lists.
Margin Statement Management
- Update Margin files with new SKU introductions and periodic revisions.
- Incorporate RMC and PMC inputs from relevant functions.
- Calculate, monitor, and report product profitability to management.
New SKU Introduction
- Validate DPL, MPL, product details, shade names, and margins against source documents and systems.
- Coordinate with the Brand team to resolve discrepancies.
CI / CR EZ / CR Activities
- Manage SKU inclusion/exclusion for customer groups based on business requirements.
- Define and update product eligibility at depot, region, or country level.
Other Activities
- Manage normative definitions and invoice settlements.
- Define in-bill discounts and special storage location discounts to support sales and inventory liquidation.
IT Initiatives
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and simplification.
Input Utilisation Report (IUR)
- Collect, consolidate, and validate IUR data from divisions.
- Reconcile SAP and regional actuals, review HO provisions, and highlight discrepancies.
- Communicate finalized IUR percentages to top management.
Reporting
- Prepare, validate, and analyze business reports required by senior management.
Planning & Budgeting
- Prepare and finalize country-level SPI files based on COO inputs.
- Support sales, production, and inventory planning.
- Allocate country-level SPI figures into divisional targets in coordination with Retail Sales.
