About this role

Essential Functions and Duties

- Operate our keg filler within parameters set by quality control and production

- Help develop, maintain and update standard operating procedures to optimize performance within safety parameters

- Identify all kegs being filled with accurate information

- Operate CIP (clean-in-place) equipment to ensure cleanliness of machine

- Warehousing and rotation of product being produced

- External cleaning of incoming cooperage

- Accurate reporting of production on a daily basis

- Transport kegs to warehouse on an as-needed basis

- Help maintain lean manufacturing practices

- General cleanliness of work area

- Troubleshoot machinery malfunctions

- Light preventative maintenance as needed, including assisting maintenance team as needed

- Assist on the bottling line as needed

Qualifications

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Experience
One year of working experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
Required Qualifications

- Ability to operate in a team environment

- Basic math and computer skills

- Ability to record accurate data

- Willingness to work flexible and extended hours, as needed (including weekends)

- Must be able to reach, bend, stand, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

- Tow motor certification
