As an Assembler on our production team, you’ll play a vital role in crafting high‑quality, performance‑driven products that archers around the world rely on.

Responsibilities

- Assemble & Package : Follow clear work instructions to build, inspect, and pack archery components.
- Meet Production Goals : Hit daily and weekly targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Hands‑On Work : Lift and maneuver parts and bins, use basic hand tools, and work safely on the production floor.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify minor process enhancements and share feedback with your team.
- Housekeeping : Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

- Entry‑Level Talent : No prior manufacturing experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Small parts assembly experience a plus.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs independently
- Detail‑Oriented : Ability to follow step‑by‑step processes and maintain high accuracy.
- Team Player : Positive attitude, good communication skills, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Safety Focused : Commitment to following all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
