Waiter/Waitress

We're currently recruiting for Part-Time Server positions near Asheville! You'll join a supportive work environment and enjoy meals provided during your shift. Responsibilities of the role involve all aspects of dining room service, including greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food/drinks, bussing and sanitizing tables. The ideal candidate will have a service-mindedness and enjoy interacting with residents and their guests.

Schedule:

- OPEN AVAILABILITY for both morning shifts and evening shifts

- NOT A SET SCHEDULE

6:45am-8pm

- WEEKEND AVAILABILITY A MUST

Responsibilities:

- Provide all aspects of dining room service to Independent Living area residents and their families/guests in a traditional restaurant-style environment.

- Interact and build rapport with residents/diners and their guests during meals. Dining areas are not officially open to the public outside of guests.

- Provide exceptional service to diners while greeting and taking orders, delivering food and beverages, bussing tables, and sanitizing assigned areas.

- Additional tasks include setting up the dining room space, performing opening and closing duties, and conducting deep cleaning of the dining area as needed.

Requirements:

- At least 6 months to 1 year experience

- Must be available to work in either Independent Living or Assisted living
