- Weekends

What we will provide you as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver:

- $18.00- $19.00/Hour  (depending on experience, longevity and behavior)

- $3 weekend add-on rate  (applies to certain shifts and conditions)

- Quarterly incentive bonus potential

- Never scheduled outside your availability. Overtime is at your discretion.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver you will:

- Provide direct care to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities

- Help with daily activities including personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation

- Work closely with a team of people including co-workers, client's family members, and medical professionals to help our clients to live as independent as possible

- Transport clients as needed to appointments and other activities (mileage reimbursement)

Qualifications

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED preferred.

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written

- A personal vehicle that is well maintained if transporting clients

- Must successfully complete a criminal background check

Preferred Experience:

- One year working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred

- Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver / Home Health Aide / Home Health Care / Personal Care experience is a plus

Licenses/Certifications:

- CPR/First Aid - Provided if you are not currently certified

- Medication Administration - Provided if you are not currently certified

- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 5 points on your driving record if transporting clients

- DODD Provider Training

- Proof of personal auto insurance
