Description

Smith Lawnscapes LLC, a family-oriented landscape construction and maintenance company, is seeking a dependable Earthworks Crew Member to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform site preparation including grading, leveling, and excavation
- Assist with drainage systems, base materials, and site layouts
- Operate landscape & construction equipment safely and efficiently (skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors)
- Follow job plans, safety procedures & quality standards
- Keep jobsites clean and organized
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

- Experience in construction, landscaping, drainage, or earthwork preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Equipment operation experience
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor
