Tasks
* Support the Logistics Manager in coordinating end-to-end import and export operations, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, transport arrangements, and duties & taxes administration.
* Coordinate daily operations with third-party warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
* Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation in compliance with international trade regulations and local legal requirements.
* Assist in coordinating freight bookings and maintaining effective relationships with logistics service providers to support cost-effective and efficient transportation.
* Monitor shipment status, proactively follow up on delivery schedules, and resolve logistics issues to minimize delays and operational disruptions.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations.
* Work closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely issue resolution.
* Support the monitoring of logistics costs, freight charges, customs duties, taxes, returns, and related expenses, and assist in preparing regular logistics reports and KPI analyses.
* Coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure efficient cross-border logistics operations and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Support the implementation of logistics improvement projects, process optimization initiatives, and regional supply chain activities.
* Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
* Perform other logistics and supply chain coordination tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager.
Requirements
* Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
* 3-5 years of hands-on experience in import/export operations, preferably in an international company.Experience with 3PL/4PL warehousing models and warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Experience with B2C deliveries, courier operations, and system/API integrations.
* Proven experience in operations and system improvement, and new solution implementation.
* Solid knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping practices.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems.
* Fluent Polish and good command of English required; German is an advantage.
