What You'll Do
As a DSP, you'll play a hands-on role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently. Your days will include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks like cooking, hygiene, laundry, and medications
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal growth
- Supporting recreational activities and community involvement
- Driving individuals to outings, appointments, and events
- Keeping accurate documentation through electronic systems
- Helping manage personal finances and grocery shopping

Qualifications
- No experience required-we'll train you and pay you while you learn
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
- Comfortable with basic technology for documentation
- Must pass background checks and health screenings
- Completion of required training and certifications (paid by us)
