What You Will Do

As a Construction Crew Foreman, you are the engine of our daily productivity. You won’t just be supervising; you’ll be an active part of the mission.

- Lead with Impact: Drive daily productivity for the installation, repair, and maintenance of our fiber optic network.

- Cultivate Culture: Foster a respectful and safety-driven environment where every team member feels valued and protected.

- Master the Craft: Operate heavy equipment and drilling rigs while ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.

- Problem Solve on the Fly: Identify and troubleshoot job site challenges, ensuring the project stays on track and the team stays efficient.

- Professional Representation: Accurately document progress and materials while serving as a professional face of the company to the community.

What We Are Looking For

We need a results-driven leader who is eager to work hard and possesses the following:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of leading a crew in utility construction;
drilling rig experience is required.

- Licensing: A valid driver’s license is required; a CDL is highly preferred .

- Stamina & Grit: Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs routinely.

- Technical Savvy: Ability to follow prints and maps, with a basic competency in computer-based environments.

- Commitment: Willingness to travel throughout our service footprint and a steadfast dedication to safety protocols.

Salary: $23 - $26 per hour

Location: In-person, based out of the Livonia and Maringouin area.
