Branch Manager
Location: Oakville, ON
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a plumbing distribution branch. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong plumbing product knowledge, sales experience, and a proven ability to manage and develop a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch staff, including sales, counter, warehouse, and operations
- Drive branch sales, profitability, and customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with plumbing contractors, customers, and suppliers
- Support and coach the sales team to achieve branch goals
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, and day-to-day branch operations
- Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient branch environment
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and expand customer relationships
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, or related distribution
- Previous people management or branch leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing products and applications
- Proven sales and customer relationship skills
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities
- Hands-on, team-oriented approach
