Our 228-unit community is seeking a experienced Assistant Lead Maintenance Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, resolving issues quickly, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Requirements:

- Previous apartment assistant lead maintenance experience - HVAC Certification and EPA required

- Proven ability to work with urgency without compromising quality

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Reliable, solution-oriented, and organized

- 40% Discount on Housing (if needed)

- Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as a lead or assistant in the multifamily industry, ac certification, electrical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.  We are seeking a candidate with a professional appearance and attitude, good communication skills, availability to be on-call, own tools, reliable transportation, etc
