In this leadership role, you will be accountable for the clinical, operational, and financial performance of designated clinical areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and developmentally appropriate care within a family-centered framework. You will lead at the intersection of workforce strategy, clinical excellence, and fiscal stewardship, aligning people, resources, and unit-level operations with organizational priorities and Texas Children’s long-term vision. Depending on the clinical area, patient populations may include pediatric patients, adult patients, or both.
Oncology experience is highly preferred for this position.
