About this role

Purpose of Job:

- To build a book of business by creating relationship-focused connections as an insurance expert through prospecting and networking

- To provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts while assisting in the retention of existing accounts

- Supervise a team and make decisions based on team workload

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent service at all times with understanding and empathy

- Provide expert knowledge to clients and team members

- Document all client interactions

- Prospect/Network outside of business hours

- Supervise team and delegate workloads to best fit teams’ needs along with running weekly team meetings

- Be available to your insureds’ outside of office hours pending their request or needs

- Be involved in a Business Network group or local community opportunities

- Cross-sell to help build book of business

- Help with client retention

- Help in maintaining up-to-date client contact information

- Communicate with Team Members in a professional manner

- Work toward your CISR and CIC designation

Job Qualifications:

- Advanced computer skills

- CISR Designation

- CIC Designation

- Life & Health License

Performance Measurements:

- Semi-annual performance reviews will be conducted which entail, but are not limited to, processing efficiencies, workload management, supervisory performance, new business and account retention.
