Prismier is growing, and we're looking for a Packaging Associate to join our shop team!
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and likes staying busy. You don't need years of manufacturing experience we're looking for someone with a great attitude who is willing to learn and take pride in doing things the right way.
What You'll Be Doing
- Pack and unpack manufactured parts for inspection, shipment, and production
- Prepare and package parts to make sure they arrive safely to our customers
- Load and unload boxes, parts, and incoming/outgoing shipments
- Perform basic visual quality checks before parts are shipped
- Help with light assembly and other production tasks as needed
- Keep packaging materials and supplies stocked and organized
- Pitch in where needed to help keep the shop moving
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and dependable: you show up and your team can count on you
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
