Job Summary
Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics.

Essential Job Functions
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Provide preventive care, wellness visits, screenings, and immunizations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists and healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families on preventive health and chronic disease management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR.
- Participate in quality initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes and population health.

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Current, unrestricted Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain.
- Current or eligible DEA registration.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification, as applicable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered, comprehensive primary care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated healthcare team.
Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole.
Languages
Advanced English required. Spanish and Creole preferred.
Travel
Flexibility to travel to other Sanitas locations within the market may be required based on business needs.
