Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated  Physical Therapist Director  to join our growing healthcare team in Bechtelsville, PA ! As a Physical Therapist Director, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries through evidence-based treatment approaches, as well as:

- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations. 
- Maintain staffing, equipment, and resources for high-quality patient care. 
- Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, providing regular performance evaluations. 
- Participate in ongoing education for professional growth. 
- Analyze patient data to optimize staffing and program development. 
- Lead marketing efforts, including physician visits and community engagement. 
- Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and ethical care. 
- Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills. 
- Requires a relevant degree and experience in clinic management.

Qualifications

- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Current Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania
- Valid CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
