Position: Sales Executive

Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 35,000

Employment: Independent Contractor

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa (Hybrid work set up)

We are looking for a Sales Executive to guide aspiring international students and workers from first enquiry to departure: consulting, converting, and carrying clients through admissions and visa  lodgment .

What you will do

- Generate and convert leads through calls, email, SMS, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

- Consult with students and workers to match them to the right program and destination.

- Match candidates to sponsor employers, screen them, and support contract negotiation.

- Prepare and submit admission applications and supporting documents.

- Lodge student and work visa applications through immigration portals.

- Draft Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statements.

- Track application and visa status and keep clients updated.

- Build referral partnerships with schools, agents, and community groups.

- Plan and run recruitment events, information sessions, and webinars.

- Keep the CRM accurate and report on pipeline and conversion.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business , Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) environment.

- Strong background in the Real Estate, Automotive Dealership, or related consumer-based industries. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Confident with CRM systems, Zoom, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
