Ficosota Ltd. is looking for an Audit and Internal Control Specialist to join its team in Shumen .
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and coordinates the annual report on the activities of the Internal Control Department;
- Participates in assessing risks related to the business processes carried out within the organization and in preparing the annual work plan and schedule of the Internal Control Department;
- Organizes and conducts internal financial and other audits and inspections across all organizational units of the company;
- Analyzes information and prepares detailed audit reports and recommendations;
- Participates in the development of tests and procedures for risk assessment and management;
- Monitors the activities and documentation of the company’s departments and business units;
- Assists with external audits and provides the required information and documentation;
- Conducts periodic, thematic, or ad hoc inspections and reviews across departments;
- Monitors compliance with applicable statutory regulations, as well as the company’s internal rules and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree – Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting and Control, or Engineering/Technical disciplines;
- English language: B2 level according to the CEFR;
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in areas such as auditing, financial control, accounting, or business process management, including manufacturing processes;
- Experience in process and procedure planning and design would be considered an advantage;
- Good computer literacy;
