About this role

1. Time Office &
Attendance Management

- Handling
the smooth functioning and processing of the Time Office for more than 800
employees.
- Managing
employee Attendance and Leave Management through the Bio-Metric System.
- Preparing
and submitting monthly attendance reports to contractors for payroll
processing.
- Handling
payroll processes and resolving payroll-related grievances.
- Ensuring
timely credit of salaries to employees’ bank accounts.
- Preparing
and maintaining employees’ yearly manpower budget.
- Shift
Plan to Aparajitha co-workers, address the grievance and update to Team
Manager.

2. Payroll & Contractor
Payment Management

- Submission
of contractors’ monthly invoices to the Finance Department and ensuring
timely salary processing and payment.
- Preparation
of bonus calculations for contract employees, along with maintaining audit
records and statutory returns.
- Ensuring
Minimum Wages are paid as per applicable rules, regulations, and
amendments.
- Verifying
wage registers every month to ensure compliance with statutory
requirements.

3. Contract Labour
Management

- Handling
labour contractors and coordinating manpower requirements.
- Planning
manpower requirements as per the plan released by the MSE Team.
- Coordinating
with contractors for effective deployment and utilization of manpower.
- Adopting
new contractors and executing necessary agreements.
- Ensuring
all contractors possess valid labour licences and registrations.
- Granting
and processing amendments to Certificates of Registration under Contract
Labour regulations.
- Monitoring
statutory records maintained by contractors and providing necessary
guidance to ensure compliance.
- Ensuring
contractors adhere to all applicable statutory compliance requirements.
- Ensuring
timely payment of EPF, ESI and Professional Tax (PT) contributions by
contractors.

4. Factory Statutory Compliance

- Maintaining
registers, abstracts and statutory notices as required under the Factories
Act and applicable labour laws.
- Conducting
and coordinating Pressure Vessel Testing and submission of Medical
Examination Forms to DISH.
- Preparing
and submitting statutory returns as per applicable labour laws, including
annual and half-yearly returns.
- Preparing
and filing the annual Holidays List with the Labour Department and
Factories Department.
- Handling
statutory inspections during Factory Visits and coordinating the
submission of required documents for successful completion of inspections.

5. HR MIS & Records
Management

- Preparing
and maintaining monthly HR MIS reports.
- Maintaining
employees’ personal information and statutory documents systematically in
the Record Room.
- Ensuring
proper maintenance and availability of employee and statutory records for
audits and inspections.

6. Asset & Document Management

- Safeguarding
and maintaining Aparajitha systems, Bio metric Devices, Printing Machine,
Lamination Machine.
- Following
the regular monthly invoices without any dues
- Maintain
Aparajitha Agreement and Asset data in Record room.

### Requirements
1. Any Graduate.
2. Medical Fitness.
3. Candidate to be Around TVT Location. (Optional)
4. Knowledge in CLRA Act. Vendor Audit.
5. Required 2 to 3 Years of Experience.
