Your Day-to-Day
- Assist in processing purchase requests (PR), purchase orders (PO), and procurement data in the system or spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate and organized purchasing records to support procurement operations.
- Review vendor documents, including invoices and delivery orders, to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the end-to-end purchasing process.
Who We’re Looking For
- Final-year student in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong administrative skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and asset management is preferred.
