The Mission: Lead, Inspire, Succeed
As a Store Manager, you are the architect of the store’s success. Your focus will be:
- Driving Results: Exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maximize profitability through sound operational practices and impeccable merchandising standards.
- Exceptional Customer Journeys: Act as a role model for our service model, ensuring every client receives a "signature experience" that builds lifelong brand loyalty.
- Team Leadership & Growth: Empower your team through active coaching, continuous product training, and performance management. You turn Sales Assistants into Brand Ambassadors.
- Operational Autonomy: As a highly independent leader, you will manage daily operations—from inventory and scheduling to loss prevention—with precision and a self-motivated drive.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and partners to drive big-picture business performance and foster a cooperative, high-energy working culture.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Leadership Excellence: At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Operational Expertise: Proven mastery of POS systems, stock-takes, and inventory control.
- People Skills: Strong conflict resolution abilities and experience managing staff schedules and performance reviews.
- Independence: You are self-driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in an environment where you are trusted to lead without micro-management.

Pre-requisites for Application
- Education: Valid Matric Certificate.
- Experience: 3+ Years Management
- Clearance: Must be comfortable undergoing credit and criminal background checks.
- Logistics: Reliable transport and a commitment to work according to the mall’s trading hours.
- References: Must provide reliable, contactable professional references.
- Environment: Must be comfortable and engaging in a child-friendly environment.
