- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and production-ready ML/AI solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks.
- Proficient in data pre-processing, model tuning, evaluation, and optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Preferably Azure) and relevant AI/ML services.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
- Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting is a plus.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Keep up with the latest developments in AI/ML and apply them where relevant.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Awareness of AI ethics, fairness, and explain ability tools is desirable.
