Key purpose of the Job
The Graduate Trainee - Industrial Engineering is responsible for maintaining accurate work measurements within cycle time. You will assist in research, evaluation, and implementation for value analysis and value engineering. You will work with your team to achieve set goals and identify advancements to improve methods and operations while striving for SMV reduction and achieving or surpassing planned efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance productivity through continuous improvements and ensure optimal utilization of factory resources
- Ensure that the factory manufacturing system and its application is effective and operational SMVs are aligned with GSD, and achieve and improve production
- Work closely with your cross-functional teams to fulfill factory requirements throughout the process
Education
Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Textile Engineering or a related field
## Experience
Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a positive and problem-solving attitude Fluency in English communication is essential
