Job Description

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Membership Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of membership services and create a welcoming, high-quality experience for all members. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Support the day-to-day administration of the Royal Stables membership programme.

- Assist with member enquiries, applications, onboarding, renewals, and account updates.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, databases, and documentation.

- Coordinate member communications, including welcome messages, updates, invitations, and newsletters.

- Support the delivery of member events, activities, and exclusive experiences.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure members receive seamless access to facilities, services, and programmes.

- Assist with membership benefits, privileges, packages, and loyalty initiatives.

- Process membership forms, payments, renewals, documentation, and account information.

- Follow up with prospective members and support the conversion and onboarding process.

- Monitor renewal dates, outstanding payments, member requests, and follow-up actions.

- Prepare membership reports, trackers, schedules, and performance updates.

- Respond to member feedback and escalate concerns appropriately.

- Support surveys, feedback sessions, and regular member relationship check-ins.

- Ensure membership policies, terms, benefits, and procedures are clearly communicated.

- Maintain confidentiality when handling member information and personal data.

- Ensure all member-facing communications reflect the Royal Stables’ luxury positioning and brand standards.

- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, networking events, and membership initiatives.

- Support front-of-house and customer-facing colleagues with membership information and procedures.

- Build positive relationships with members, guests, prospects, partners, and internal teams.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of membership processes and customer experience.

- Perform other membership administration and coordination duties as required.

Desired Skill & Expertise

- 2+ years of experience in membership coordination, administration, customer service, hospitality, private clubs, or a similar role.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in CRM systems, membership platforms, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.

- Experience coordinating events, appointments, communications, or member activities.

- Professional, polished, friendly, discreet, and service-oriented.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

- Experience in luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, or equestrian environments is an advantage.

- Knowledge of the UAE market and local cultural expectations is desirable.

- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
