Impact You'll Own

- Increase organizational capability by coaching leaders and teams to successfully adopt and sustain OPEN+ ways of working
- Improve factory performance through structured loss analysis and targeted improvement initiatives that reduce operational losses
- Strengthen accountability and ownership across line structures through effective deployment of OPEN+ systems and standards
- Accelerate the Zero Loss journey by embedding Daily Direction Setting, Autonomous Maintenance, and problem-solving capabilities

What You'll Do

- Deploy and sustain OPEN+ systems, standards, and methodologies across the factory
- Coach leaders and operational teams to strengthen ownership, accountability, and performance
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and capability-building activities
- Support Daily Direction Setting, Autonomous Maintenance, Problem Solving, and Loss Elimination processes
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical Services teams on improvement initiatives

Skills & Capabilities

Must-Have

- Experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, or continuous improvement environments
- Proven experience leading or supporting change and improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to use performance data and insights to drive actions and business results
- Experience coaching individuals, facilitating workshops, and developing teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Nice-to-Have

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, Integrated Work Systems (IWS), World Class Manufacturing (WCM), or similar frameworks
- Experience working with continuous improvement operating systems such as OPEN+
