Job Summary
At The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi , we are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Kids’ Club Attendant to create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for our younger members and guests. Bringing energy and creativity to every interaction, the role delivers age-appropriate activities and memorable experiences while maintaining the highest standards of child safety and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome children and parents warmly, ensuring a smooth and reassuring Kids’ Club experience.
- Supervise children at all times, maintaining a safe, secure, and inclusive environment.
- Organize and lead age-appropriate games, creative activities, educational experiences, and themed programmes.
- Engage positively with children, encouraging participation, creativity, and social interaction.
- Follow established check-in, check-out, child safeguarding, and authorized collection procedures.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate relevant information clearly with parents and guardians.
- Ensure play areas, toys, equipment, and activity spaces are clean, safe, organized, and ready for use.
- Respond appropriately to incidents or concerns, following safeguarding, first-aid, and emergency procedures.
Desired Skill & Expertise
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Qualification or training in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, Recreation, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience working with children , preferably within a kids’ club, recreation, childcare, family entertainment, or premium hospitality environment.
- Naturally engaging, patient, energetic, and confident when interacting with children of different ages.
- Strong awareness of child safeguarding, supervision, hygiene, and safety practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to plan and facilitate engaging activities.
- Clear and reassuring communication skills when engaging with parents and guardians.
- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
