Job Description

Job Summary

At The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi , we are looking for an engaging and service-driven Specialty Restaurant Supervisor to support the delivery of distinctive and memorable dining experiences for our members and guests. The role provides hands-on leadership during daily service, guiding the team while maintaining the personalized service, product knowledge, and attention to detail expected within the Club.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and consistently high standards.

- Lead the service team during shifts, providing clear direction, coaching, and hands-on operational support.

- Build strong member relationships, recognize preferences, and ensure personalized and attentive dining experiences.

- Maintain strong knowledge of the restaurant concept, menus, ingredients, beverages, and service rituals.

- Monitor service flow, table readiness, product presentation, and overall dining ambience throughout the operation.

- Handle member feedback and service concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate follow-up.

- Coordinate closely with Culinary, Beverage, and other operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Support inventory management, cost awareness, upselling initiatives, and compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Club standards.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.

- 3–5 years of restaurant or Food & Beverage experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity , preferably within specialty dining, private members clubs, or premium hospitality environments.

- Strong leadership and team coaching capabilities with a visible, hands-on approach.

- Refined member engagement and service recovery skills.

- Strong knowledge of elevated dining service, food and beverage products, and contemporary dining trends.

- Commercial awareness with the ability to support revenue opportunities and operational efficiency.

- Organized, composed, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering consistent service excellence.
