Lead .NET Developer

Are you an experienced .NET developer ready to take greater technical responsibility while remaining close to the code? Do you enjoy helping a team make sound technical decisions and building reliable solutions that make a real difference?

Then you may be the Lead .NET Developer we are looking for.

---

Your role

You will join Twoday as a permanent employee, with your first assignment being with one of our major public-sector customers in Copenhagen.

You will become part of a development team responsible for business-critical digital solutions used across the Danish public sector. Your role combines hands-on development with technical coordination and guidance. You do not need many years of formal lead experience, but you should be ready to take ownership and help set the technical direction.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining solutions in C# and .NET
- Taking technical ownership of features and development tasks
- Contributing to solution design and technical decisions
- Ensuring high code quality through reviews, testing and sound development practices
- Supporting and sparring with other developers in the team
- Working with APIs, integrations and data
- Contributing to CI/CD and stable releases
- Collaborating closely with architects, product owners and other stakeholders
- Helping the team balance new development, maintenance and technical improvements

---

What you bring

We imagine that you have approximately five years of professional software development experience and are either already working as a technical lead or ready to take the next step.

We are looking for someone with experience in several of the following areas:

- C# and modern .NET
- ASP.NET Core and REST APIs
- SQL and relational databases
- Automated testing and testable code
- CI/CD and modern development workflows
- Azure or another cloud platform
- Integration-heavy or business-critical systems
- Agile software development

It is an advantage if you have experience with public-sector solutions, complex domains or systems with high requirements for security, stability and documentation.

You communicate fluently in Danish, both verbally and in writing, and you are comfortable working in English when required.

---

Who you are

You are a collaborative developer who takes responsibility for both your own deliveries and the overall technical quality of the team. You communicate clearly, share your knowledge and are comfortable challenging solutions constructively.

You enjoy working hands-on and see technical leadership as something exercised through involvement, sound judgement and close collaboration – not only through meetings and documentation.

The assignment requires you to work onsite at the customer’s office in Copenhagen on a full-time basis.

---

Twoday offers

- A permanent position in one of the Nordic region’s leading technology companies
- The opportunity to work on large-scale solutions with clear societal value
- Skilled colleagues and strong professional communities
- Opportunities to develop both your technical and leadership capabilities
- Challenging assignments with major public-sector organisations
