From our bespoke 45,000   sq   ft location in London’s dynamic King’s Cross quarter, not only are we deeply rooted in the very heart of the UK’s fashion scene, but   we’re   also well connected to reach a global fashion audience.

We are currently recruiting for an E-Commerce Manager to join our E-Commerce team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role will involve taking commercial ownership of our DTC E-Commerce channels, with primary responsibility for Agent Provocateur alongside supporting the wider Four Marketing portfolio where   required .

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience managing and growing an e-commerce business, with the confidence to take ownership of trading performance,   identify   commercial opportunities and independently drive actions across website,   marketing   and customer experience.

An interest in online fashion retail will be highly beneficial, alongside a proactive,   analytical   and commercially minded approach.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Own the commercial performance of our DTC channels,   demonstrating   a strong understanding of each brand, its   customer   and the opportunities to drive sustainable growth through commercial and analytical decision-making.

- Take primary ownership of the Agent Provocateur E-Commerce business, while providing support across the wider Four Marketing brand portfolio where   required .

- Own weekly,   monthly   and seasonal E-Commerce trading performance,   identifying   risks and opportunities and implementing actions to drive revenue, conversion,   AOV   and customer retention.

- Develop and manage the E-Commerce Trading & Marketing calendar, ensuring product launches, promotions, markdowns,   campaigns   and seasonal activity are delivered accurately and on time.

- Work closely with Merchandising, Buying, Marketing, Design and Production to ensure onsite merchandising, product content, stock   availability   and marketing activity are aligned with trading   objectives .

- Own the CRO, UX and site development roadmap, ensuring enhancements are appropriately prioritised, scoped,   tested   and delivered on time and within budget.

- Produce and analyse sales and trading reports across revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV, product performance, customer   behaviour   and marketing efficiency, providing clear recommendations and actions.

- Work with Marketing, Content and CRM teams to deliver digital activity that supports customer acquisition, retention, segmentation, lifecycle   marketing   and the wider trading plan.

- Monitor and report on performance across key digital marketing channels, including PPC, Paid Social, SEO, CRM/Email, Display, Retargeting and Affiliates.

- Monitor international performance and   identify   opportunities relating to localisation, customer behaviour, promotional strategy, product   assortment   and acquisition.

The Candidate:

- Demonstrable success in E-Commerce management and digital marketing, ideally within luxury, premium or fashion retail.

- Proven experience taking ownership of a DTC E-Commerce business or significant online trading function.

- Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to independently   identify   opportunities, prioritise activity and make data-led decisions.

- Significant E-Commerce experience, ideally with   previous   management-level responsibility.

- Experience with Shopify and Magento would be highly   advantageous .

- Strong understanding of DTC E-Commerce technology and the wider digital customer journey.

- Experience working with revenue targets, forecasting,   budgets   and core E-Commerce KPIs, including conversion, AOV, acquisition, retention,   traffic   and product performance.

- Experience working across multiple markets or international E-Commerce would be   advantageous .
