About this role
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm position, must be flexible to work some evening hours if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring daily and long-term maintenance care of apartments in the program.
- Monitor operation of mechanical systems in the apartments.
- General cleaning, painting, drywall repair, ability to change locks and doors.
- Provides minor repair and improvements to residences when necessary.
- Maintain stock of maintenance supplies needed for residence upkeep.
- Deliver and move furniture in/out of apartments as directed.
- Clean and disinfecting apartments prior to occupancy.
- Snow/ice removal on the various residences' property.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent related maintenance experience required.
- A clean and valid driver's license is required .
- Basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems experience needed.
- The ability to diagnose problems and troubleshoot resolution
- The ability to establish workload priorities.
