Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people aged 11–18 in Swansea?
We are looking to appoint an experienced, motivated and committed individual to join Swansea’s detached youth work team, supporting the delivery of high-quality youth work within communities across the city.
Swansea’s Evolve Universal Service delivers a citywide youth work offer, including Detached outreach, school-based provision, projects and street-based engagement, ensuring young people can access support, opportunities and trusted relationships in ways that meet their needs.
