About this role

How you will provide meaningful contributions:

- Drive delivery and implementation of client portfolio/program(s), providing a high-level of client service, technical expertise and expert portfolio, program, and project management experience.

- Work on a wide variety of key project tasks such as business analysis, project management, technical design and requirements gathering in relation to fee billing and revenue management.

- Responsible for the development and execution of product roadmaps.

- Liaise with customers to identify, develop, and document business needs.

- Create and present proof of concept solutions to business needs.

- Coordinate and document technical installation of the application.

- Work with the client's technical teams in delivery management and technical configuration.

- Build, test and deliver SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures.

- Extract and document clear functional and technical requirements according to SDLC procedures.

- Provide quality assurance testing to client customizations and product enhancements.

- Analyze, resolve, and manage support issues, adhering to client specific Service Level Agreements.

- Effectively manage, delegate, and communicate project objectives to internal teams while producing timely results.

- Build effective team relationships with enthusiasm, patience, a positive attitude, and adaptability.

- Adherence to budgets, policies, and company and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate troubleshooting/issues with engineering and development.

- Knows Agile methodology and can plan and run sprint ceremonies and refinement sessions.

- Perform other job duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration :

- A. or B.S. in Business, Computer Science.

- 10+ years of experience in Financial Services software delivery, client-facing role.

- 10+ years of experience with software implementation projects.

- Experience working with various SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, and Hybrid models with a product-centric focus.

- Minimum 5 years of management experience.

- Strong client focus with a confident and professional presentation.

- Analytical skills to assess client business needs, identify solutions, and manage requirements across multiple projects with a strong ability to multi-task.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills to facilitate client and team discussions, presentations, and meetings and accurately document requirements.

- Strong leadership, relationship management and consultative skills to lead collaborative work sessions within and among various internal and external teams.

- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.

- Private Banking / Wealth Management knowledge with a focus on Front Office Transformation, Compliance, and CRM / CLM / Onboarding.

- German or French language proficiency is a plus.

- Travel approx 10%
