NIGHT SHIFT 9:45 pm - 6:15 am

Were looking for a skilled and dependable nurse to provide both hands-on care and shift leadership within our Health Center.

At Dallas Retirement Village, the Charge Nurse plays a key role in overseeing daily nursing operations while ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care. This position supports nursing assistants, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and helps maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications

What Youll Do

The Charge Nurse supervises daily nursing activities while providing direct resident care.

What You Bring

- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Oregon

- Current BLS CPR certification preferred

- Strong clinical knowledge of nursing care practices

- Supervisory experience or ability to lead a team effectively

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workflow

- Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care

- Customer service mindset and team-oriented approach
