About this role
Primary job is to assist servers in their duties.
Essential Job Functions:
Greet and communicate with the guests in a friendly, courteous manner;
Set up and breakdown;
Maintain proper stock in service areas;
Pre-buss tables as necessary and keep non-alcoholic beverages filled;
Inform server of any requests made by guests;
Clean and reset table for next guests
General knowledge of menu items;
Any side duties as assigned;
Other reasonable duties as assigned
