Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Group Travel Coordinator, you will:
- Consult with group organizers to understand travel needs, budgets, and timelines.
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and group travel options.
- Prepare customized travel proposals and itineraries.
- Coordinate reservations with hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and travel suppliers.
- Assist with rooming lists, payment schedules, and travel documentation.
- Maintain accurate booking records and client communications.
- Provide professional support before, during, and after travel.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Compensation
As an independent contractor, compensation is earned through commissions on eligible travel bookings.
This opportunity does not include a guaranteed hourly wage or annual salary.
