Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Hotel Reservations Specialist, you may:
- Assist clients with researching and selecting hotel accommodations.
- Provide information about destinations, hotel amenities, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare lodging recommendations based on client preferences and travel needs.
- Coordinate reservations with travel suppliers and hotel partners.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and bookings.
- Respond professionally to client questions via email, phone, or virtual communication tools.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Stay informed about travel industry updates and hotel offerings.
Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable communicating with clients professionally.
- Able to work independently and manage their time effectively.
- Willing to learn new skills and technology.
- Interested in the travel industry.
Preferred but not required:
- Customer service experience
- Hospitality or travel experience
- Sales or client support experience
Training is provided for qualified candidates.
Work Arrangement
This is a remote independent contractor opportunity .
Individuals accepted into the program operate their own independent travel business while accessing training, technology, and support through our organization.
Because this is an independent contractor opportunity, participants are responsible for managing their own business activities and schedules.

Compensation
Compensation is based on eligible travel bookings completed in accordance with the applicable commission structure.
This opportunity does not include a guaranteed hourly wage or salary.
