POSITION   SUMMARY

To provide our customers with   a high level   of service, that includes proper maintenance,   adjustment,   and instruction of all rental equipment . This is a seasonal position with full-time and part-time opportunities available, compensated at $20.00/hr.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

- Constant interaction with the guests, while   maintaining   a courteous and professional attitude

- Ensure proper rental procedures are followed with each guest; confirm information on waiver is accurate, equipment is all scanned, and DINs are set correctly to skis

- Instruct customers in the correct use of the equipment

- Must   maintain   a safe,   healthy   and orderly workstation

- General knowledge of Stratton Mountain Resort

- Basic repairs and tuning on all rental equipment

- Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE,   SKILL   AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

- No experience   required

- Strong customer service skills

- Must be able to work closely with guests and co-workers

- Must pass the binding manufacturer exam

PHYSICAL DEMANDS   AND   WORKING CONDITIONS

This position will be   required   to   work   evenings,   weekends   and holidays.
