- 3–6 years of overall experience.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to conduct data-driven analysis.
- Ability to extract relevant insights and communicate them clearly.
- Experience developing high-impact presentations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a consulting environment.
- Experience in consulting, strategy, business transformation, or project-based roles.
- Experience structuring and analyzing business problems, generating insights and recommendations, preparing high-quality deliverables/presentations, and managing stakeholders.
- Financial Services or Payments experience is a plus.
ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
