 Ready, Set, Ship! Join Our Parcel/UPS Team — Ferguson Enterprises, $22 Per Hour

Location :    Front Royal, VA

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, with overtime as needed

In this role, you'll play a key part in getting parcel and UPS shipments out the door at our Front Royal distribution center — making sure customers get what they need, when they need it. Our Parcel/UPS team tackles whatever comes their way — with a smile. No boredom allowed here.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers) in compliance with OSHA and company guidelines
- Accurately pick, stage, and store product in designated warehouse locations
- Build pallets and containers while maintaining organized work areas
- Use RF scanners or voice-directed systems to complete daily tasks
- Maintain inventory accuracy and prioritize product safety
- Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership
- Follow all standard operating procedures and safety requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

You're a Great Fit If You:

- Show up consistently and take your work seriously
- Can lift up to 50 lbs. and are comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
- Are willing to work overtime when scheduled
- Are comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Have prior warehouse or equipment experience (preferred, not required — we train!)
- Are ready to pass a background check and drug screen
- Want a long-term career, not just a job

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
