About this role
We are currently recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Food Services Manager. This position will report to the Lodge Manager. The successful candidate will work a 15 day on and 13 days off rotation, which may include days, nights, weekend shifts and statutory holidays. This position is a key and pivotal role in the operations at the lodge.
