About this role
The RxCare Platform team is responsible for delivering and operating pharmacy technology solutions that support eligibility, claims processing, benefits, formularies, pharmacy networks, and integrated vendor platforms team. The Technical Product Lead will report to the Director, IT Product Management. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of complex pharmacy technology solutions, partnering with business, engineering, architecture, and vendor teams to translate business needs into scalable and supportable outcomes. You will drive solution strategy, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of capabilities that improve member experience, operational performance, and business value.
