About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Manager, Business Process Development to support and optimize our Global Supply Chain Planning & Execution Oracle processes in the North America region for all segments. This role will focus on enhancing systems and global processes related to Supply Chain Planning (Demand Management, S&OP, Order Promising, Supply Planning and Inventory Optimization) as well as Supply Chain Execution (Procurement, Receiving & Warehouse, Manufacturing and Order Fulfilment). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the supply chain lifecycle while managing at least two Business Process Systems Analysts to support the above.
