At Texas Children's, every donor relationship helps transform the lives of children and families. As the Director of Programs, Donor Relations & Stewardship, you'll lead the strategy that ensures donors feel valued, connected, and inspired by the impact of their generosity.
Partnering across the Office of Philanthropy and hospital leadership, you'll create meaningful donor experiences, oversee recognition and stewardship programs, and lead a high-performing team focused on strengthening donor engagement and long-term philanthropic support.
