We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist

As our operations continue to expand, we’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to support our purchasing processes in APAC . If you’re organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, this could be a great fit.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the availability of products, negotiating with suppliers, and collaborating closely with commercial and customer-facing teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities in an assigned region, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms and maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate with both suppliers and the commercial team to align on inventory needs and timelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting on-time delivery and stock availability.
- Monitor and report on procurement and execution metrics.
- Identify and address stock or supply issues proactively.
- Collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to align procurement with business needs.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the procurement function.
- Experience or familiarity with supplier negotiations is a plus.
- Proficiency with Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Fluency in English.
